MobiMB help needed

Hi,

I have MobiMB 3.4 registered version and DKU-2 cable. I want to download ringtones, pictures, tunes from my PC to the Nokia 3100 Mobile Phone. But when I try to connect the phone to the system using the cable, the connection is not established. I opened File->Settings and in preferences dialog box, under connections selected Nokia USB device. But nothing happens. Selected Add connection->Cable connection (serial orUSB)->NOkia->DKU Cable and "Error creating driver" message box is displayed.
I throught some problem with the cable driver and downloaded the PC Suite 6.83 from Nokia website and in it also the phone cannot connected.
What is the problem? Please help! Don't say check another cable! It is the last option because I have no chance to check the cable other than buying another cable paying this much amount, some times no use. So please suggest all other diagnosis methods!
