Nokia 3280 china miracle phone after 20-30 swithing off

Hi forum!
Last times so many Nokia 3280 china miracle phones come with same problem. When powering on phone, after 20-30sec it switching off (like somebody switching off with power button). I reflashed it with full flash but with out any success.
I’ve Infinity box and MTK-box too but both boxes can’t repair it!
Reflashing with full and eeprom is not helping. When you try to read full flash with flesh tool (MTK software) phone is become to problem switching off after 20-30 sec.

Nokia 3280 charge connector like from Sony Ericsson K750.
