how can i add new backgrounds.

i try doing it through wap but i find that orange (uk) will not support this.

is there any software that i can use. ericsson software is not available yet to do the background

yes it is mate best way is to do it through laptop infrared mail me for the software reg mick......

Hi,

why do you not work with "MyPictures". You can it download on
wap.sonyericsson.com. I think you must first register it´s free. Than you can download this program, but you need also "MobilePhoneMonitor" this is a driver for your phone.

"MyPictures is free software for NT/9x/2000 versions of Windows. You find sample images in the portfolios on this page.

To see one of these images on your phone as the Background picture, first download the MyPictures program and portfolio file. Then open the portfolio and choose the image of your choice. Then Export it to a BackgroundPicture GIF file. Now either transfer this GIF file via your PC's Infrared software to the phone...or post the GIF file to a WAP site and download the Picture using your phone's WAP connection.

For phones T68/T39/R520 you can Send Pictures and files via DataCable DRS-10/11 and Infrared (IR). This needs some communications PC software installed first. Please download MobilePhoneMonitor and install it before trying to Send to Phone using MyPictures. MobilePhoneMonitor may already be installed on your computer if you have set up to Synchronize your PC contacts with your phone."

Download MyPictures Software for T39, R520, T60, T61, T65 and T68 phones (1,15 MB)

Mobile Phone Monitor and modem drivers for T68 and T68i (5.2 Mb)

where can i get some ir software for my pc as i seem to have deleted mine some how?

i made use of the programs on this site:

http://www.christersson.org/software_sendfile.asp

they even have a program to change all your themes and convert nokia ringtones.

u must use modem drivers from sonyericsson website.
