eeprom found near: 00800000
Detected eeprom address is non-standard: 00800000
Posible reasons:
1. eeprom is Ok but address is non-standard
2. eeprom damaged and can't be detected
3. eeprom is Ok but detected incorrectly (f.e. unknown eeprom structure)
If you are not sure that detected address is correct:
1. press "NO" (and select standard address or terminate current operation)
2. make flash backup for emergency case
3. repeat required operation
Are you sure that detected eeprom address is correct ?

@stivubicco
Also try to make this: select "safe format" method and make Format FFS in "safe" mode.

Also, please, send your backup_system_log_83279E01_M500TV_S103_PCB01_GPRS_ MT6226_S01.00_0.BIN_C6D5EAA2_20070924-181235.B0X.bin file and flash backup file to InfinityBoxSupport@gmail.com for future research.
Thank you !

"Safe" mode can be useful in situations when software in "complete" mode can't detect eeprom address correctly.
Backup: better make backup in any case
what is better: better is mode that gives you good results. It depends on phone. F.e. in some cases (eeprom very serious damaged) it's impossible to make "safe" format and only "complete" is possible.
