problem

COM3 [VCP0] selected
Device: Autodetect 6205-6227 NOR

Press and HOLD Power button now !
baud autodetection active

Connecting, wait...
error: boot phase#1 failed
Release Power button now !
in case of initial connection problem: on/off "Boot baudrate autoselect" box.
Boot Fail

Remove/Install battery now !


team here is my log model no is 830 cpo 6227 cannot connect please upload usb drivers thanks

i m also facing that prob but but when i restart my pc then all come ok plz try it again and check batt ok

It's cable problem, wrong pinout. You must use correct cable and select correct COM port.

Due to a lot of different models with the same name but absolutely different hardware,
bottom connectors and different pinouts we recommend you to make detailed description of model,
attach phone photo, phone bottom connector photo and information about Gnd and Charge pins on phone bottom connector.

After you have this information prepared, please, check the next detailed description how to get pinout for your model:
