alcatel db, strange - GSM-Forum

Hello to all.

I have alc. db easy, can't charge, and when i put full charged battery it writes me
Batery too low !
when i put this batery in another ok phone , there is fully charged.
I've tried to reset by Andromeda 5.9 (user default option).
Problem remains.
Is it sw or hw fault.
I also replace fuses, no results.
problem is the same.
Please help.
