NEWB needs help with MPT!! - GSM-Forum

Hi guys. What a great forum! Im about to pull my hair out trying to get my phone to work with MPT. I search but cant seem to find a fix. Im working with the following:

Alltel Razr V3
ISSC dongle (ebay cheapy)
MPT 4.51c (current version?)

I keep getting the "comm port failed to install" error. Is there a fix for this or am I stuck. Is there a specific version of Widcomm or Bluesoiel software that will help? Sorry if this has allready been covered and thank you in advance for the help.
