A2DP works but headset with microphone doesn't
I bought no brand new dongle which has broadcom 2045 chipset. It came with widcomm 5.0.1.801. It is strange that the installation CD has Creative letter head and the widcomm installer has logitech icons.
It works seamlessly for A2DP, in fact this is the first time I have a dongle that has A2DP working under widcomm software, a pleasant surprise. However a strange problem ocurred later that when I want to connect to headset with microphone for skype and it connect and disconnect repeatedly. It could not sustain the connection. Still unable to work around the problem. Anybody can help ? |

It is itech clip radio. The bluetooth dongle reported as broadcom 2045 2.0 USB UHE device, it has firmware 2.3.14.0.
I am going to find another headset to try to see if it is the headset incompatibility with the widcomm stack. |
