1110 1600 contact service new solution 10000000% ok
100% contact service remove

1st Full erase
Then flash your phone again
Then erase this addresses.......

Start Address: 013F0000
End Address: 013FFFFF

Write pm
& Then unlock

hi, Now I tell about this prob. why this problem. u said u have change sim ic then showing contract service yes so u problem is sim ic ,now some body will be ask me how is it,boc every body know about provider lock .same thing …..in that case sim ic provider lock is not same so become a contract service……….and I will say when u change sim ic
That time if u add pp file correct one .i think u did not get any prob…now some body will be asking me how can we know original pp .dear friends its very easy remove battery and

its hardwere problem

1st, try to remove sim ic

if same

2nd reball uem ic

best of luck

facing same prob right now.before sim ic its in insert sim lock data is ok .after change sim ic its in contact service .then in info its is locked. shoking but i unlock it with ub.handset is now unlock but not gone contact service.
