friends water loggd phones often got contact service.it s 100% hardware.try to clean well.best of luck.

see friend the heat was high enough to reach the uem so at first try to flash it if not solved u will have to heat uem

As I know 1110,1112,1600 go to CS when trying to remove SIM ic , as UEM is so close and under filled with glue , when overheated balls expands and when cooled shrinks and some balls loose connection.I never heated this ic after damaging 2 sets.I slowly scratch this ic with pointed needle, care should be taken not to apply too pressure as it may damage board prints.
after that apply paste and clear with fine tip iron.And make jumpers.
