bro try this fls u r phone with 1600pm before that rehot upp applying liquid flux if this not u r prb remove upp and re ball it then place it care .

I AM SOLVED SOME 1600,1200,110i MOBILE PROBLEM BY CHANGING LCD DISPLAY.ITZ NOT FAKE SOLOTION BRO I FOUND IT AS LIKE IMAGING.

100% CONTACT SERVICE....................PROBLEM!!!
40% SOFTWARE AND
60% HARDWARE.

clean it with ctc and reheat it on light hoeat level.if still contect service then change the uem and flash it by jaf.........best of luck.....

so long thread ........i faced same problem when i replaced sim COG ..i ...was in trouble...i removed the UPP and reball it and done erase and full flash in mt box...but same problem,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,then i remove the UPP again ....replaced from a dead phone full flashed and unlocked set..........ok......i found form is this ............99% UPp damages after the heat ..now solution is that ..when ever .............removing SIM COG give a protection to upp and uem by keeping a damaged PFO on top of both ic...now i repired 20 sets witout CS.
