I have a Gaoxinqui phone. The USB port of it never worked but has never been a problem because i always used bluetooth.

But now for past 4-5 days , the phone gets resetted while talking.

Even if i put a fully charged battery, as soon as i make a call, after talking for some time, the phone gets switched off and again gets restarted. am not able to make or receive calls . Kindly help

pls help me. some ppl say i can reset it with infinity or other software. will it help ?? how do i do it ??
