Hi, All

I bought a Dubao 538 pda phone from UK2USA.CO.UK, the phone worked for 2 days then after 2nd charge of battery said was full, turned phone on all ok for 20/30 seconds then blank screen, would not turn on??
Sent back for replacement/repair. They said they thought it was the charger (I had already tried another new usb charger and phone still broke!). They sent replacement. Same again, after 2nd recharge same thing happened

I think the phone is great, if only it would work normally!! , Could it be the firmware?, if so where can I get latest version, and how do I put it on. Any Ideas before I send it back again for a refund
