I've found TomTom6 working with internal GPS. The trick is that you have to use a program called GPSd. Works great on my N95!

Thanks for this cool post. Could you guys tell me how to transfer the gpsd files and install it in my n95-2 8gb? where to place the gpsd files ? I am absolutely bigger so i look for an step by step tutorial.Thanks
