Garmin Quest GPS

Hi everybody, brand new here and stumbled on this forum doing a search and glad I did...
I have a Garmin Quest Gps that came with a used ATV I bought but the problem I have is that I dont have any unlocking codes whenever I wanna load maps and unlock them.

I even called the tech help at Garmin asking them to change the ownership of the GPS and it was like hitting a brick wall. Garmin is under the impression that I acquired the GPS illegally...Morons !

Everytime I try to downlaod a map the darn Wizard appears and keeps asking me for a stupid 8 digit code that is suppose to get me another 12 digit code and so on.

I even went back to the dealer of my ATV and he informed me that those GPS systems are installed in factory at Bombardier BRP in Mexico. Yet in the box that came with Map source, there was no codes to be found anywhere. I gave Garmin all the info ( Serial,Gps internal number etc ) and they still refuse to give me access codes. I am not only pissed with them I am truly discouraged....

Is there an easy way around this so that I can unlock the maps I wanna download. Let me warn you though....I am not a wiz when it comes to software and programming. Thanks for your kind help
