I have a samsung 2400 with a working mic ,But no voice sent.

Near Eeprom there is a small chip 4x4 probably this is bad or unsoldered, please ceck this component.

i have smiliar samsungs yet this comes with the same chip desoldered with a piece of adesive foam to keep it in contact with the board

I need help in a N100 with the same problem...
anyone has the service manual for samsung phones... because I think the tracks are ruinned too
