K850i Still flashing after flash

Hi All (KulanKendi support),

I'm having problems with my K850i. When attempting to start the phone the keypad flashes on and off and the camera lens lights up.

I successsfully flashed the phone last night but the problem still remains. I even tried re-flashing it with diffrent firmware but still the problem persists. Everything on the flash seemed to go smoothly.

Any help will be appreciated.

regards

Oliver

K850i

Thank you for your answer.

I will check the keypad connector this evening and post if there’s a positive response however, would this stop the phone starting up totally?

Can you please confirm what “downgrade mobile” mean?

Thanks for you help

Regards

Oliver

Answer

For all those interested in this post. It turned out to be a faulty screen that caused the keypad to flash.......first time I'd ever seen it
