Problem With U700v

Hi:

I have a SGH-U700v, I ran the Kulankendi app, and applied the different unlock codes with no errors. Still the phone is turned on, it recognizes the network but it only allows emergency calls, signal bar is full.

Help!

hmm dont understand a bit...
oka do this:

enter code: #7465625*638*28513973#

and tell me what phone say, if phone says: "Freezed" or similar then U need to insert any simcard(put pin if needed) and enter this code: 20751950 (this code will not be visible while entering so do not mistake) and accept by OK key, now phone will ask for NETWORK lock so enter only same code readed so: 28513973 and accept by OK key.
This what I wrote is explained while U select U700V model in KK software.
let me know

Turned the phone on, it asked for a Sim Card. I entered the code #7465625*638*28513973#, the phone message was: "Network Lock: Deactivated". I inserted the Sim Card, got no message. It found the Sun Com network (GSM 1800MHz, owned by T-Mobile in Puerto Rico and southern states of the US) and it picked up the max signal strength. Tried to make a phone call, call did not go through. After about 1 min, the symbol of the phone crossed out appeared next to the edge GPRS icon at the top of the display and when I try making phone calls again I get the message emergency calls only. Should I try using a different updated firmware? Maybe from another country, it appears mine us from France U700AEGF1, Quicknote apparently my phone was already unlocked because I didn't have any "freezed" message and the phone recognizes my network.

I have tries both settings (Automatic, GSM 1900) and problem persists. Do you think there may be a problem with the IMEI in the network?

if IMEI problem then network should disconnect faster. It can be hardware problem or software too(broken radio settings). Hope some samsung experienced repairers will answer here.
