Help flashing & unlocking K800i

Hi,i am new to the forum and was wondering if anyone could please point me in the right direction for information on flashing and unlocking a Sony Ericsson k800i.

I have entered the main file - K800i_R1JG001_MAIN_GENERIC_CID52.min
I have entered the fs file - K800i_R1JG001_FS_EUROPE_1_CID52.fsm
I have checked the box - Simlock CID52

I have downloaded the CID52 SFL2 file from rapidshare and saved it to SFL_Files folder in KKClient

Do i now just need to click on Flash Phone and follow the instructions,or will i also need to check the Finalization box before i start?

The phones EROM is currently CID52

Thanks.

In the case of CID52 the unlock method requires to flash the phone as well. All you need to do is to load the 2 files in the buffer accordingly to their kind obviously check "Simlock CID52" press "Flash Phone" and follow instructions. After the whole thing ends you will have a phone that is both flashed & unlocked and you should be left with 2 more free operations which are valid for 24 hours for that particular IMEI.

"Simlock CID52" will both FLASH+FINALIZE your phone and unlock it. It will not let you check "Finalization" because it will finalize it for sure so there is no point in checking that box since it is part of the unlocking procedure. Just follow my instructions form the previous post and everything will be alright.

Hi again,i was just a little concerned that the finalization proceedure was not going to be applied without the box being checked but that's fine then.

Thanks again.
