i have a chinese zt007 dual sim, touch screen, in restart wit sim problem
i format it with mctool ffs format ok succes fully .set is working with sim now bu i faced new problem when i click on multimedia it goes blank after som second the display come back ant it was hang on ulti media

any body tell me what is the problem h/w or s/w?
how to solve this

there must be virus on your mmc, just format your mmc first with computer than reformat your set, and try it

i also agree with yastel try this, if its not work try 2 flash the handset with flash file. this one work 4 me 2.
