Help needed please no camers working - GSM-Forum

Hello and thankyou for your time,

I have just bought 2 phones of the same person not the same models.

1 works fine but on the other everything is fantastic apart from the camera and video camera which will not work. when you go to use either a message comes up with "camera modual not ready" can anyone explain what I should do.

I had better tell you I know nothing about phone tec and I am hoping someone can explain to me so I can understand how to do it, the phone has been bought for my daughter who is in love with it, apart from wanting the cameras to work.

I have looked at other sites which have told me to dial *#### go to factory settings and follow the next link. However when I dial this it will not dial for me and just cancels itself. I have a restore factory settings and if I go to this a password is needed which is not the same as the phone 0000. even if I got passed this I am worried I may do more harm than good by doing this.

Please please can someone help me also this phone has a bluetooth logo acording to my daughter so can she get that on it also.

i'm not found you phone name in your long post.

also have many way to repair this problem-
1. try to use code for repair camera, many many code already posted, use search button for them.

2. can you try to format/flash your phone.

3. open phone, unplug camera module, clean board camera connector and camera connector both and plug in them again.

4. change camera module.
