Can I get an answer please?!?

Can I get an answer please? I've purchased credits because the model was specified. Why is it not working? Is this just a scam? Should I take action on this direction?

still frustratingly not working

I’ve uninstalled the web’n’walk application. Installed the driver from your support, respectively the one from folder Option/Edna/NDIS , the only one that worked. It appears with an exclamation mark in Device Manager, GlobeTrotter HSDPA 7.2. In properties, “This device cannot start. (Code 10)”. Obviously, the program doesn’t work - Looking for phone...
Error: Modem port unavailable or busy!

Please give me a detailed procedure – obviously there is something here that I should do and I don’t. I mention here that I have WinXP SP3, device is from T-online Germany, and when I plug it in an installation auto-starts.

PS - when you say - install the drivers from our support page, can you please mention..what drivers? .

this modem have build in flash memory (like pendrive) so U have drivers there, problem is that after uninstall web’n’walk application it will uninstall drivers too so best way is install it again, and system will find correct drivers. After close that application and other (if any). I had one client with 100% same problem and he claim he closed all application for modem but he didn't and had same error. If there is exclamation mark then is wrong driver. Not all cards have drivers with connectivity sw so I put to ftp what exists

I just tryed to reinstall drivers (and before reboot) killed all runned applications - std-something.exe.

It was same trouble with writting bootloader. So looks like trouble not here - but at new firmware I think.
