Problem with F490 phone freeze !!
@Kulnkendi please help.
I try with all unlock option , with USB cable only and USB+combo cable.But phone still freeze.i lost 30 log with this phone. my phone imei is 351578020823233 Thanks so much for your help ! |

try direct unlock,, i have personally done this without any problem,, if you have done all right,,
then try option read codes and enter code,, make sure you have operator card to be able to enter menu,, and enter code for unfreeze and net lock |

i have code unfreeze.But my phone doesn't accept any Simcard ,allways phone freeze, even test Sim Card or Tornado Simcard.But if my phone haven't Sim card inside, i can access phone menu and keyboard.But i can not enter unfreeze code.How can i enter unfreeze code ? Thanks so much for your help!

hi,,
i guess you need operator card the phone is locked to,, i have tried many test sim,, u-sim,tornado but don't work for f490v,, try getting an operator card the phone is locked to,, and also are you sure WITHOUT sim u can access menu,, if you can try enter unfreeze code as if your are making a call,, if it interrupts u and show you emergency call only,, then only operator card will help u,, goodluck w.b.r |

For Your Problem It's Easy Just Put Sim Accepted With Phone After Rest Phone With Code Reset *2767*3855# - Full E2p Reset After Restart Phone Connect It With Server For Give You Code Freez Enter It And Good Luck |

Every body , nothing help even with opreator card.Phone locked to 208-01 ( Orange France ) but Orange France Sim Card can not be accepted.
Any idea sir ? Supporter please help me! |

that is not possible,
what message u have when you insert OR france sim maybe the phone is from another orange (u.k) or maybe your sim is damaged,, try getting working sim,,, |

use "Unlock phone" is direct unlock and will be ok

@KulanKendi , i received all credits .Thanks you. Now which unlock option do you want me to do ? With Combo cable or with USB cable only ? With or without Simcard inside? Sorry because i talk about another product here.But i give my phone to my friend .He has Ea** Unlocker box but he can not unfreeze phone .After direct unlock with Ea** unlocker Box , phone still freeze .Thanks for your help sir . Please tell me should i try to unlock my phone again ?

try to unlock again, but it looks like something is bad with phone or new simlock area. I'll find backup of UR phone to take a closer look in this week, but must finish some personal things first.

Then i think your problem is way too serious,, or new simlock area as Kulankendi said,,,
for me i did not had any problem unlocking couple of samsung f490v and f480 it was freezez,, i had too use operator sim and all ok, anyways goodluck w.b.r |
