kulankendi doesn't answer!!! why?
I write to kulankendi that i paid 15 euros for unloking my e220, but his software said that cannot unlock my modem. It says that needs a valid sim card and pin code! So is impossible to unlock. I said all to kulankendi asking help or full refund. i know dc-ulocker refund money when there are some problems, but kulankendi doesn't answer! WHY KULANKENDI? I wait for you. You have also a PM!!!!!!

first of all: I'm human not a robot who is available 24/7
 1. paste here what KK sw says first, do not judge that is not possible. If U read instruction then there is wroten that E220 need to remove simcard from modem, otherwise KK will read wrong simlock status(unplug modem and remove simcard and plug back modem). Now try to unlock. We never had client who had problem with unlock with E220, so U are first U think UR modem can't be unlocked? 2. Don't panic, calm down, we will not eat,stole,waste etc. your modey don't worry, if even UR modem will not be unlocked we will back U money, but first try to unlock it. If U start it then finish b.r.
