I have unlock user code samsung F480 ,but in touch screen not digit * and #. How i swich phone in qualcomm mode?

for user code U don't need to enter that combination(from readed codes), U can clear it or read(look for black colour options like Read or Clear PhoneLock and Simcard lock). All options in RED mean that they will count credits, BLACK mean free(for active account of course).

I simply flash phone with original downloader /phone code is clear

Asked as KK client.A have truble of connection phone to kk soft.Soft not see phone.And I write question.But i find a differet way.THX
