Unlock sagem with microbox without problems

I open this new thread for users that can't unlock sagem phones and have error 1002, and always post about that even this problem is answered many times.

1. To be 100% successfull unlcoking sagem Use prolific cable.
2. If you want to use rj45 port, then use this trick: After the software reads the phone and ask you to remove phone battery and power on the phone again, wait untill progress bar reach 6% and power on the phone then. if the boot is not loaded at the same time you press power on, remove the battery and repeat the process quickly. In fact sagem software must detect the phone exactely when you power on the phone, if there is some delay (even 1s) the boot will not be loaded correctly and you will have error 1002. Then you have to repeat the operation or simply buy prolific cable
