Ur phone is already unlocked (MCC+MNC: 001 01) or broken simlock area by other "direct way unlockers". Check *#7465525# and see on what level is lock closed.
But this error is common for phones flashed with patched firmware. KK do clean work for clean phones b.r. Quote:
