Ur phone is already unlocked (MCC+MNC: 001 01) or broken simlock area by other "direct way unlockers". Check *#7465525# and see on what level is lock closed.
But this error is common for phones flashed with patched firmware. KK do clean work for clean phones

I thought the same when i saw this (MCC+MNC: 001 01) but when i did the *#7465525# it shows network lock on. when i place a sim in the phone it says "Phone freeze".

so i ask what should i do next to get this resolved.

best regards
