I have received an amazing "Insufficient credits for this model" Message..
![]() I have 10 credits in my account and want to unlock my Huawei E220 USP Modem and got the following messages... Connecting to server... Checking Account Balance... >> Account Balance: 10 Credits Allowed operation for phones/cards: 1. OT-E801: 1 2. Samsung 3G MSL/MSL2: 1 3. Samsung 3G: 1 4. PCMCIA GPRS Modems: 0 5. Motorola F3: 2 6. Sagem Unlocking: 1 7. HTC by IMEI: 0 8. SE by IMEI: 0 9. Motorola by IMEI: 0 10. LG by IMEI: 0 11. Siemens-Benq by IMEI: 0 12. BB5 Vodafone UK by IMEI: 0 13. Huawei/Vodafone: 1 <--- look at this ![]() >> Server Health: OK Then When unlock is pressed I got... Looking for phone... Phone detected. Phone Model: Huawei E220 Firmware serie: E220 Phone IMEI: ------------------ Serial number: ---------------------- Firmware Version: 11.117.04.00.00 Simlock status: Enabled Connecting to server... Reading data... Connecting to server... >> Insufficient credits for this model. <-- IS IT ![]() Communication Closed. Please reply asap or return back my money... |

but... it is a USB modem! not a PCMCIA card modem!! if USB modems are considered PCMCIA modems please till me how to recharge my account credits. b r Last edited by Mjhool; 09-14-2008 at 14:08. |

nope, flashing do not affect to simlock state because is true service unlock method. but U must be carefull with some "branded" or "dedicated" firmwares they are locked in firmware not in simlock area... But for now no one reported us any problems with it
