sam p910 i made unlock but don't call

Hello
i have a samsung p910 (firm NPFE9).
This morning i bought 10 credit from kulakendi, and few minute ago i made unlock (Read Unlock Codes mode with usb cable)
I received all codes and i use Unlock Network with other 128k sim.

before unlock, if i put other sim on phone, it tell "sim blocked".

after unlock, phonel doesn't tell "sim blocked" and it "go" to normal desktop.

But it don't take line,and there is "limited service".
i can't call...it doesn't work.
i try 2 different sim (128 k, tim e vodafone) but same result: "limited service"

why?

what is it?
reset?

I made reset of phone before unlock

hardware problem...well...with his sim (H3G) it works (before unlocking)
Now i don't have his sim to try if phone still work

it is H3G phone, and it was blocked to use only H3G sim
i'm italian, and In italy, we have 4 choise: H3G, TIM, VODAFONE, WIND.

now...after unlock, with his H3G, phone work.
with sim tim (128k)--->limited service
with sim vodafone (128k)--->limited service.
(i don't have sim wind (128k)

question:
you wrote "its blocked by network"
does it mean tim network and vodafone network blocks my phone?

u r wrong
phone is already unlocked sucuful
u need h3g sim to try with
u will see also limited service
that mean ur phone had hardware proplem

it can mean that phone is blacklisted.
fastest solution is to call to police and give imei, but if is really blacklisted then U can have problems if U can't show person/company where did U buy it, so risky method

if the phone is barred mean barred to all network , TIM, VODAFONE, WIND
the new 3g phone show network bar but dosent call.
