Alcatel Be4 doesn´t want charge - GSM-Forum

when u try to charge it phone try to show progress baar the off quickly and nothing happend. Display show black for a feww seconds and off.

Have someone any idea.

may be it's bad connector or big resistor on battery side

thx doctorvatson but in resistor there is no problem, i can´t find the trouble. All my problems seem come from alcatel models

For BE4 phones , in many case it can be just a dead battery problem ! yes
I encountered many of them , that can't charge , and sometime , with auto power off when trying to register or to make a call. And in all these case you can see the "black" screen , then nothing.
So , you can try first to change the battery , then you can check the others resistors near the battery connectors.
P.S , if you get 'charge impossible' message , then just clean (!) the battery connectors ( 6 connector on the board).

Thx kazak but no success, no battery problem, i tried all this things, arrgg alcatel doesn{t like at all to me ;(.
black screen appears when turned off but i can{t find find the correct way to resolve the problem.
