Compress 1Gb Into 10Mb

Can u tell how to compress 1 gb to 10 mb with secreen shot ?
I try lots of time but i can not success compress 1gb to 10 mb . Plz post secreen shot step by step thankx |

the compresion time of this soft take ages to complete and the extraction time the same......
