bf4 blink but don't turn on!!

i've got here and alcatel bf when i press on the phone blink but don't turn on. i´ve already readed flash and writeed the corrected flash and phone still the same. can anyone help me? thanks

Take you phone between 2 fingers and press hard
then power on. If you rphone power on resolder connection battery.

but phone to cable is 100% it conect at first without pressing the phone so i think it could not be that. or could be?

hello

i have same problem with BF4, only blinks not power on.
i desoldered metal cover with sim holder.
jonwillow wrotes to rehot CPU but CPU is GLUED !!!
so what now ?
did any1 fixed this problem ?

Yes. We fixed this problem in BF3. Phone blinks and not power up, however it flashes without problems. 100% cpu balls broken. In BF3 cpu not glued.

yes its the big rpoblem in Alcatel 311 and 511 phones ......please post the solution if anyone knows.....i dont think that it is a CPU reflowing problem.Coz the phones turns on and also shows display if it is on alarm and also if the battery id very low.Please help and workout the solution if anyone knows.thankx
