Alcatel BE4 - scheme - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I need a scheme for my Alcatel BE4 or service manual, please.
I can't switch on my BE4 from SLEEP-mode or Flash with cable.
Voltage for CPU and 32 kHz (SLEEP) is OK, but after press power-buton voltage 3.3V isn't on PCB test-point (second power supply - for FLASH, RAM etc.), only pulses HI-5 ms : LOW-250 ms.
I was try replace the IC (BGA) for power (Texas Instruments DSP - see PCB BE4) with a hot-air station and a kit for replace BGA. But no effect.

Can you help me, please?
