or any one give me plz how to know operator for this phone
it's touch i can't go vendor id

From the home screen press and hold escape, then press the left top corner, right top corner, left top corner and right top corner of the screen to bring up a "Help me" page. This shows your PIN, IMEI, free memory, current battery level, firmware version, vendor ID etc

Dear Member,

Press & Hold ALT Button and then type ESCR in the keypad.Then u will get ur Desired Information.If u confused in this try to search for JL_Cmder program and use that.

When you say escape key mwnas which key?? are you refering to back button (hardware key)???

he meant the button that do a back or reverse...for me, my bb storm 9530 have a reverse button next to my call and end button...hold that and then press left top corner, right top corner two times...and your info will come up
