alcatel BE4 power problem - GSM-Forum

I have a lot of alcatel BE4 with te same problem: not power on! The phone is not comunicating with computer! I try to reflow the PCB but still not working! If i change the 13MHz quartz some of my alcatels revives, but still I have a lot of phones dead! In alcatel OTE for reviving i use shortcircuiting pins 1+2+3, but in BE4 series the power chip has all pins "hidden bellow it". Where are the 1,2,3 pins located or is there another solution for reviving this alcatel series???
