USB cable not working keeps saying "USB device not recognised"

its working i open with usb a lot of s1 phone .check your computer hub.

instruction
1st go to umts clik k800 and check usb mode
2nd goto s1 clik your disire phone you open
then send log pres c afther request log .phone was open

Still cant connect via USB or via RJ45 port.
And no drivers are in the said folder.
Can someone please give step by step connection method and drivers please for T280, (Not all S1 phones are the same and according to SETOOL T280 needs connection via RJ45)
