k850 & c902 power ic(ab3100) hot very seriously pls hlp!! - GSM-Forum

does anyone face this case ?

i got a c902 and a k850 , phone never drop on water and look very clean on board...but the phone going very hot when power on also drain battery very fast .........

what i have done is:

1,clean the pcb
2,change new ab3100 but cannot power on ?some1 say need to program,but phone cannot detect by cruiser , setool and univesal box
3,then i change the original ab3100 back same problem

any help ?please?

or someone expert told me what is the problem with the new ab3100 power ic ? it is need program ? ihave try over 5pcs

not yet public available, but will work fine with empty AB3100 and IMEI show some zeros

OK since i search and search, i found setool is able to repair A2 GDFS, change power asic, change new flash chip.

Today, i posted here is to share with members who still doesn't understand what? where? when?

Go to SEMC A2
- Select T700
- ECC mode (NONE)
- Set DOMAIN to (BROWN) - for some older SETool version is shown (R&D)

Go to Settings
- Tick (Signed Mode)
- Tick (Enable Alternative Security Bypass)

Go to SEMC A2
- Press (Unlock/Repair)
- Add (Shinobu_TA.ssw)
- Press (Flash)
- Remove (Shinobu_TA.ssw)
- Add main, fs and custpack [if you don't have custpack, just add a tick (Complete Phone After Flash) in Settings
- Press (Flash)

Your phone should have to complete flashing like normal phone, after flashing continue here.

- Remove Main, Fs and Custpack
- Load T700_GDFs.zip in Misc
- Press (Write GDFS)
- Remove T700_GDFS.zip
- Set DOMAIN to (RED)
- Press (Unlock/Repair)

RED = RETAIL
BROWN = R&D
