Nokia N96 Restart on v30.033 - GSM-Forum

I have Updated a N96 from V20 to v 30, Before Updating the Set was 100% ok, but now it restarts on call (after 6-9 minutes).

Some times also on galley (listing music etc)

Can any one else having the same problem?

I have tried to downgrade it via Jaf and Mt but it can't be downgrade.

Any idea what should i do?

try reflash. is certs ok in it ?

Yes crt is 100% ok, cause imei is ok and also sim lock data is ok

try hard format.

otherwise try downggrade then back up again

make sure back up certs

I have tried to downgrade but n96 can not accept the lower/downgrade firmware
it can not start on v20, starts and switch off on nokia logo, so i must use latest V30

Same problem!

I tried to downgrade to versione 20 and also to write a good pm taken on this forum, but phone continue to restarts 7, 8 times a day.
Also when it is in stand-by mode.

Someone has solved this problem?

just use radidorpl button it takes 10 credits will be ok

This type problem creat superdata dongol crope........ try to check in Mx key and read info there you can see superdata dongol valid or invalid if superdatadongol data is invalid you must write RPL.............

its watch dog timer problem the one & only one solution full rpl coz its pm field 120 & 308 is protected
