My final solution was to take the upper LCD screen part of the housing apart and **** out around the side buttons, but I tried a lot of other tricks before I fixed my keypad. You will need a T4 driver and a small plastic card or prybar (and good finger nails) to open the case. Just ****ing around the keys with compressed air did not help. I had to open the case up, let the prssure off the side keys and and bow the dirt out with compressed air. I then wiped out everything with alcohol on a Qtip just to make sure everything was clean.

Hope this helps.
