E250d white display after removing charger block

i have many solution it seem like only work for e250 they dont support e250d
plz i need solution for e250d

today i have same problem when i have remove the charger block the display show white
i check many thing : the display - flex - then IC but always still same

so we need your help

Change power ic and parts arround power ic but carefully.
