read code with sim inside and unlock it without restart

yes if phone shows enter np code

BUT.........
the problem is when you put any simcard it shows Card Error
not shows enter np code. how u can enter the code???

In some Motorola phones after few time powered on showing that error appears the message to input the code, but couldn't test in my sample
