Hello,

Is your phone is locked or broken SIMLock ?

As I see in logs phone is locked so you've to unlock it using simlock repair button and It costs you 75cradits.

This error means lowe power and RAPDO phones needs much power, About cradits lost you have to send PM to universalbox and whenever, you try to unlock/repair especially rapido connect the UB charger to box. It will help alot in that case!
