use nspro v5.5.7
Select C5510 then click GET INFO and fallow the software instructions.
Then enter the codes manualy to unlock the phone

please sir help
when try to get info, follow all the procedure but when connect the phone the software just close it self.
Please HELP sir, can not unlock C5510 model

same here, I have been trying for the last 2 weeks. Nspro just crashes and closed when I click on get info...

Drivers INstalled properly ? from NSPRO folder ..
mostly i say Confliction (happend to me also) but solved

I also had this problem, so I went into device manager and uninstall all handset drivers then replug the handset and re install them and it fixed my problem 100%

..I menage to read codes BUT...phone freeze with other sim and with original working just fine...no way for me to enter unFreeze code (using Master code readed by NS)...any sogestion?
PS...I tried EVERY thing posted here, on Forum....

power on the phone with any unaccepted sim card inside.
when the phone show "phone freesed..." type in the master lock code then press OK (center) key
Then the phone will ask for net lock code. Type in the net lock code and the phone will be unfreezed and unlocked.
