z320i how to unlock in ub box.
when i try to send log (please turn on the phone while pressing the c key) 2+5
phone not connect.

which cable you've used for connect the phone?
or better post here screen shot then we'll able to find out easily what is problem exactly you've face,

dcu-65 ? i think you've call DCU-60 Cable ?
anyway kindly check universalbox user manual page no. 14
