S8300 Camera works only upto 640x480, un supported format for higher resolution help - GSM-Forum

I bought just one month used never locked/ un branded Samsung S8300 Tocco in perfect condition.
while plugging it to USB the phone rebooted. I removed and after a while reconnected its exactly same happend.
Some how after successful installation of PC suite reconnected and there was n't any problem with connectivity.
But I was horrified to find that the camera was't working beyond 640x480 Pixels. Video is fine at highest quality 720x480@30FPS,
Checked with Samsung they are telling some camera board needed replacement at almost the cost of mobile. Set got with FTA SW VERSION: S8300.005, Firmware Version S8300ADID1(UK version).

Now got this set flased to FTA SW VERSION: S8300.005 Firmware S8300DDIE1(Indian version) through Samsung but still this problem is persistent.

All other functions are perfect including GPS, Net, Browser etc,, But not happy with photo viewer too though working fine.

Can Any one be Helpful?? Help requested please help me....

Actually there is a charger plug difference, before managing to get a suitable adaptor I wanted to charge it ..so connected to USB and all above happened. how could you managed to get out of this mess?? do I really need to change the camera PCB???

PRM:two characters...manufacturer(51:Samsung Electro-Mechanics; 0B: Samsung Techwin; 06: Samsung)
two following characters:Fw version.

HW:Last Fw
