dead 511 and with wrong imei - GSM-Forum

ive got an alcatel 511.with wrays 5.5 it doesnt connect with henrich 1.82 it shows wrong imei.and with another alcatel using wrays5.5 it shows be a imei with letters hardware n phone version unknown cud sum1 plz help me urgently.thanx all

Can You read flash? if Yes, it seems a soft problem but in Youre case (wrong IMEI) maby not original flash uploaded (tech zone dameged) then no solution

But if Tech is original - just use repaire flash.
if can`t read flash - it is HD problem. try rehot PCB

Read full flash with Wray and then use button "Repair Checks" and select you flash.
If TEH zone have bad CRC foget to repair phone!
If TEH good, do as wrote Porter - use repair flash or seach hardware problem.

how do i no if tech is damaged?cant i load another tech from a diferent phone?thanx

You must use only your ORIGINSL Tech-zone. If you made a backup before flashing, your ORIGINAL tech-zone was saved. If not... there is no solution.

ALWAYS make backup!!!
