nothing to do, it doesn't work. When connected to the serial port it keeps blinking and then turning off. Wray doesn't connect, and even Henrich does not.

Technical assistance says it's "damaged software"...

Are you using a cable with MAX 232 and 1uF Capacitor? I've found some schemes with MAX 3232 (same as 232 but for low voltage applications) and 2uF capacitors..

Maybe the cable? (but why it sometimes recognizes the flash?)

Bye

What do you mean for "rehot"? Sorry but I'm not English

The phone is already opened but those chips are covered (there's a metallic box covering them). Can you explain me how to reach those chips and what to do then?

Thank you

Ok, so I can try to do what gsmspace suggests, because the phone is always gone and the technical assistance says it's a "damaged software" problem and I have nothing to loose in trying to open it and resolder it

Is it so easy to remove metallic box?

I tried yesterday but it's very hard to remove. Is there a method or a particular tool for removing it?

Thank you guys for your support
