All in subject. Is there such software and it is possible to upload pictures to phone too?

Hi,

Uploading to PC is only possible by Bluetooth or IRDA. It will work out of the box if you use IRDA. Using Bluetooth only requires the installation of the Bluetooth Stick software. (Widdcom in the most cases.)
Uploading to the Phone is possible by pressing the right mouse key (send to...). If you want to send an pic by cable form PC to mobile qou will nedd the sendfile software, which you can download on http://clubsonyericsson.com/en/software.htm for example.
Sending pics by cable from T68i to PC is not supported.

No software could download picture from the phone to PC yet (via Cable, BT or IRDA).
Sony Ericsson provides software to upload pictures from PC to phone.

Where is the problem?
MMS costs money. The way i told is free of cost.
