BF3 "insert sim card" - GSM-Forum

I am trying to do a reasearch on why does this appears in a BF3.

I´ve reached the conclusion that it could be for various reasons.
First of all I think that it could be the TEH file. But how can you recover the TEH file if the phone have been full flashed with a downgraded version ?
Secondly it could be because it is downgraded. So simplest solution would be to flash it again with the newest version but still same problem appears.
It could be also the TECH zone of the phone... but how can we recover this ?

Pls any advice or comment I would be glad to read it and help us mutually.

insert sim card after flashing coz u didn't restore the Tech zone after u flash the phone and change at less 2number of the imei discounect and insert sim card to update the eeprom for 4second then conect the phone again and restore the Tech zone the original one if u make pack up before flashing then discounect the phone will work fine.

if u didn't packup the Tech zone before flashing so there is no way till know to repair the phone again
