Description: I need to register my computer

I bought the license blackberry but I do not open because it says my computer is qye already registered

He says this:

You cant use this computer from this account, because it has been already registered. Please conntact support team.

PS: I have already registered the chimera in one of my PC. Attempt to function the other pc with the same license had already bought but I realized it did not work ... so I decided to buy another license under another name to the other pc that I have is the username that I just put up there.
